Service for Visa & Work Permit

Required documents for Non-B Visa
1. Application form (TorMor.7), one photograph, size 4 x 6 cm
2. Fee of 1,900 baht
3. A copy of the applicant’s passport
4. (Form SorTorMor.1)
5. Copy of work permit (every page with available information)
6. The company’s registration certificate, not over 6 months + receipt
7. Copy for the list of all shareholders, not over 6 months + receipt
8. A copy of the latest year’s balance sheet and income statement, together with a corporate income tax return (PND. 50), as well as the receipt and a copy of SorBorChor. 3 (must be certified by the Revenue Department or the Ministry of Commerce or the auditor or the original documents only) + receipt
9. (PND. 1) with the name of Thai employee and the foreigner having applied for the last 3 months, together with the receipt. (If there is no foreigner’s name, a letter of clarification is required. The foreigner is prohibited from having a list in PND. 1 before obtaining a work permit.)
10. The latest PND. 91 with receipt
11. Document of paying social security contributions for the last 3 months and receipt
12. (P.P.30 or P.P.36) in the last 3 months of the latest financial year + receipt
13. Documents or evidence showing that it is necessary for the business to hire foreigners to work
14. Map of the company
15. (Form SorTorMor.2)
16. Photos of the establishment (with company seal and authorized directors seal affixed on every sheet)

● Outside to show photos of the building condition, location number, and nameplate of establishment
● Inside to show photos of Thai and foreign employees while working
● All employees’ ID cards with the original documentary evidence according to items 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10

17. If there is an accompanying family, proof is required, such as marriage certificate, or birth certificate. In case of being issued by a government abroad, it should be certified by the embassy of that country.
18. Copy of all employees’ names in the company (request for copying documents at the Social Security Office)
19. For copying documents from the Revenue Department + DBD + Social Security Office, the receipts must all be attached to show the staff. (If there is none, a letter of explanation is required.)

* Note : Items 8-11 must be certified by relevant government agencies.
